Description

Their efficient design and reliable performance make the W&B handguns series ideal for manually dispensing hot melt adhesives, waxes, sealants, and other similar thermoplastic materials. Typical applications include packaging, hand case sealing, wood work, palletising, and product assembly. It is suitable for use with any of PREO standard adhesive application systems. Available in 2 versions (bead or spray type), the W&B Handguns improve handling ease and operator comfort with compact, lightweight design. The exterior of the handgun is of sturdy, moulded design to enclose the high temperature parts with minimum transfer of heat to the operator’s hand.
The guns are also equipped with a special 360-degree swivel connector that eliminate hose twisting. It has also an easy pull trigger fitted with a lock to prevent inadvertent operation when laid down. Rugged built-in cartridge heaters and an PT100 sensor maintain accurate temperatures and permit easy temperature adjustment in seconds.
It is lightweight and may be equipped with a variety of nozzles for various types of work. A minimum of seals and mechanical components ensures long life operation. Where maintenance may eventually be needed, all parts are easily removed and replaced in minutes.
