Nozzles Series KV-LV
Made of stainless steel, currently assembled on standard modules. They offer the option of holes with diameters ranging from minimum 0.25 mm up to maximum di 1.2 mm. They are called Zero- Cavity as the lock inside the module directly closes the nozzle hole shattering possible impurities and making sure the nozzle is always clean and the system always perfectly working.
Nozzles Series XLV
This series of nozzles with a length up to 65 mm was specifically designed to dispense glue under very difficult conditions or for particularly narrow or deep spaces. The nozzles are built of a special alloy used in the aerospace sector, in which PREO has gained its long-term experience. The material employed has a thermal conductivity exceeding that of a common brass alloy by 8 times, which enables to maintain a constant temperature along the whole length of the nozzle. A zero-cavity mini-nozzle available in several diameters is screwed onto the adaptor.
Nozzles Series NDS-NDS90°
These nozzles are built of an alloy used in the aerospace sector that increases their thermal conductivity, achieving a breaking load higher than that of steel. Among their innovative aspects, the fact that the insert was removed, enabling a particularly exact flow of the adhesive even under minimum pressure avoiding the forming of strings and smudging. They are provided with a non-stick coating with a superficial hardness equal to that of tempered steel. Proposed in various sizes, they can be straight or at an angle of 90°.
Nozzles Series MVN
They are made up of a threaded stainless steel tip and 1-2-3-4-way brass nozzles with different angles. They are commonly employed wherever guns with several modules cannot be used or where several glue lines have to be dispensed in narrow areas.
Nozzles Series SP (SPRAY-SPYRO)
Two versions are available: the Spray series is particularly suited to achieve a constant atomization of the product. The Spyro series, instead, is suitable to dispense a spiral-shaped thin line of glue. A large choice of nozzles with different diameters and tips of different shapes enables to fulfil any requirement.
